IN 1995 WILLARD PSYCHIATRIC CENTER CLOSED ITS DOORS, BUT A PORTION OF THE CAMPUS IS A NEW YORK STATE DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS REHABILITATION FACILITY FOR INMATES.
