Newport Bus, 311 [YX12 DMF]. Alexander Dennis Enviro 200 Dart. Photographed at Drybridge Street, Monmouth, on it's first day in service (2nd April 2012); the same day that Newport Bus took over operation of the local Monmouth town routes from Veolia Cymru, requiring an allocation of two Enviro 200's: W3 Monmouth - Wyesham W4 Monmouth - Osbaston W5 Monmouth - Overmonnow Estate I was hoping that Newport would get round to applying their full livery to these buses as I think it would improve their appearance, but it seems like the overall white livery with applied vinyls is here to stay! |
