English: The William T. Hornaday Medal was an award created by William Temple Hornaday and administered by the Boy Scouts of America until is discontinuance in 2020. Considered the highest youth award in Scouting in the United States, it is highly prized by those who earned it, requiring hundreds, if not thousands of hours of community service to achieve.
