It's a clean upload. Just now. The photo is taken in 1916. It's undeniably PD in Australia. And in spite of the US pre-occupation with your URAA agreement, it's undeniably PD in the US. And yet the default class (because I don't know the author} is that it's copyright is "disputed". There's no dispute - THE SHOT IS IN THE PUBLIC DOMAIN ! Stop making it so hard for experienced editors to upload 100 year old photographs -Sticks66 13:20, 6 October 2018 (UTC)
