Palais de Roi

[edit]

First of all, this should probably be "Palais du Roi" (king's palace).

Second, I think it's more commonly known as the Conciergerie, which was the royal residence in Paris before it was moved across the river to the Louvre. It occupies the same place as the Conciergerie but since I'm not absolutely certain that the two are identical I limited myself to suggesting the identification in the description.

If anyone can confirm please make the appropriate edit, noting the archaic term "Palais du Roi" if this in fact what the structure was originally called.

Thanks. Lexington50 (talk) 03:45, 21 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
