I am very suprised that no one has commented on this very important war rediness award. During Operation Desert Storm, 1992, USS Camden and it's crew worked very very very hard to prepare for battle. The "rediness" aspect of getting prepaired for war was recorded and reported to upper echelon and we were awarded the BATTLE "E" (effenciency prepairdeness - I think) above and beyond other ships going into the same arena of the PERSIAN GULF WAR. A very important concept.
