I am not the author/photographer of this image, Graeme Bickerdike is. I was emailing him about Cesses and I asked if I could add a photo he sent of one to Wikipedia, he re-emailed me saying it wasn't his, and gave me this one to use. The most he said about copyright was "I assume I would be credited as the author?" Which he is, and I emailed him back saying this. Since it's not my image I can't say it's okay for use else where. There's my argument, I hope you understand.--The Navigators-May British Rail Rest in Peace. 03:17, 26 November 2009 (UTC)

Permission to only use on Wikipedia is not enough, but it sounds as if he may accept a CC-BY-SA-3.0 license where he would be credited. The reason is that Wikipedia is supposed to be free for anyone to copy, so that kind of permission is needed from the start. Do you want to request that CC license from Graeme Bickerdike and then follow the procedure in WP:PERMIT? Graeme Bartlett (talk) 09:37, 26 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I actually was I just wanted to put the image up while I was thinking about it, And promptly emailed him back when I realized the only two I could do correctly were a candidate fore deletion, and he said CC-BY-SA-3.0 was fine. I fixed the licensing as such. (A real pain to do) —Preceding unsigned comment added by The Navigators (talkcontribs) 10:43, 26 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for that, are you getting the email sent in? Then we label with {{OTRS-pending}} Please remove this tag if this is not going to happen. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 10:52, 26 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
