Copyright?

This is a way cool image! But are you sure the words of the sentence aren't themselves copyrighted? It is an excerpt from Noam Chomsky's 1957 book Syntactic Structures.

REVISION: I'm sure it is okay to use this image in articles that mention the phrase, but I don't think it's a good idea to use it as a logo in userboxes. I don't think this is fair use, and not all linguists espouse his ideas. (even though I think he's Jim-Danddy!!)
