Since it contains Strachey's dates, this image cannot be c1960s. It was probably printed on the PRG's 80 column CTL printer (witness the lambda characters) which was in use until about 1980. It was one of the banner pages used to mark the ends of printouts in the department's printers, and the electronic copy lived in a file called "Prof" owned by user CDH, who I believe to be C D Hones. I believe that Hones typed it from the profile in a monochrome photograph of Strachey walking with his hands clasped behind his back. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.67.117.226 (talk) 23:28, 11 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]
