Goddamnit, this svg has been a life saver, its so well made and it summarises everything. Why can't the other biochemistry related images be as good as this? this image and its parent article, the citric acid cycle, should be feature articles IMHO.(the ones with the stars next to them on top) Sherwelbuilding (talk) 06:59, 13 November 2009 (UTC)

someone please fix the oxaloacetate structure. C4 is missing a carbonyl; you can see where the artist made one of the C-O bonds on C4 as wide as the other double bonds elsewhere in the figure, but failed to put a black line in the middle of it to clearly indicate it as a double bond, as every other double bond is indicated. also, it's pedagogically difficult to follow the atomic rearrangement catalyzed by malate dehydrogenase because the oxaloacetate structure has been flipped 180 degrees in a horizontal plane from the malate structure. resolve this by a) fixing the double bond in C4 of oxaloacetate, and then b) creating a left-right mirror image of the resulting oxaloacetate structure. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.8.94.202 (talk) 19:38, 2 May 2011 (UTC)

Fuzzy

The reduced-size image as it appears in my browser is quite fuzzy, to the extent that it is difficult to read some of the words in the smallest font. Can anyone find a way to improve that? I would attempt to do so, but I think someone connected with the existing image would be likely to do a better job. Dratman (talk) 04:18, 5 November 2012 (UTC)

Modifying this image

Hi, I'm new to Wikipedia (as an editor, not as a user!). What software would you recommend to edit this image?

I want to translate it into a couple of languages and also make a couple of changes.
