That file is PD-US (it was published by the London Daily Express in 1914) and does not require a FUR for use on Wikipedia, as uploaded files only have to be PD in the state of Florida. It will still be in copyright in the UK, as Sheehan did not die until 1948. Sfan00 IMG fixed the licence, but didn't remove the non-free component. --Elen of the Roads (talk) 18:26, 3 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
