I am a student of TCV school Suja and this year i will be at TCV school of Dharamshala,my name is dawa sangpo and i am class11.during my holiday,i went to Gaya for Dalai Lama's Kalchakra teaching and after that on 21th January i and my brother left from Gaya to Jakkibank in Patangod.when we come back i had a vegetable cuter in my bag(that is a chinese knife which i bought from gaya for cutting vegetable) I also have 11thousand Rs and 300 yuan in purse for tuition and offering which all is given by my mother who recently reached here from Tibet and some relatives.But so sad that unluckily on 23th morning at 2:15,three police came to us and woke up us from bed suddenly.they told us that they want to check us.when they check us they my pocket first and then back.unluckily they found my vegetable knife from my back and 3 hundred chinese yuan from my purse which is for offering to the His holiness Dalai Lama.so they that handle and told us that the want to take me to the jail if i don't give them 5 thousand Rs.then,they take my all the money and told us that they want to give me only 2thousand Rs.after our so many times request they only gave me back 5thousand from 11 thousand. Al mostly more than 8thousand had taken away if change the the chinese yuan into Rs.They also threatened us not to tell any one else. my rail number is 610-4832591 JAMU TAWI express and coach number is s3 and seat is 11ub.There are three police,one is little fate and short,did not wear police dress.another one is tall and had dressed police dressing,but he tried to hide his number. the another one had a gun on the shoulder and litter fat and little short.So actually we must have a safety feeling when we see police,but instead of it now we feel danger when we see police.not only me faced such case,but also have other.now i have no money to take tuition and it makes me so sad and i always can't be happier .being a student that money is too much and that is my mother and relative's blood.So i want to ask that to take vegetable cutter and to take only 3handred chinese yuan is illegal? If not to stop them to do such things.they will put down nation's name and make a lot of problem to the citizen.I am not criticizing but requesting you to check and strict them.
