Regarding proposed deletion of this image.

To whom it may concern:

This image has existed on this page uncontested for more than two years. Permission has been sent multiple times by Dr. Steel, by the owner of ToySoldiersUnite.com and by myself for it to be here, and should be on file. Indeed, this photo has been flagged to be moved to Wikipedia Commons! And now it's being flagged once again for deletion, and once again you're forcing the owners to send permission in? Nonsense.

I do not personally have any of the correspondence between Dr. Steel and yourselves, nor between the owners of ToySoldiersUnite.com and yourselves, or I would forward those emails to you myself. As Dr. Steel himself has retired from the business, and remains anonymous, asking him again for permission is not possible at this time.

I currently have one old email in my inbox from Dr. Steel which states,

And another which says, in part,

I know Dr. Steel as well as Toy Soldiers Unite have sent several other similarly worded emails over the past few years - you should have several such letters on file - and the photos have never been challenged by Dr. Steel or his associates. This should be sufficient to establish intent; it is ridiculous that Dr. Steel and his associates have to keep resending and resending permission for these files to remain. --Jonnybgoode44 (talk) 02:39, 13 September 2011 (UTC)
