According to freedom house, Ukraine is partly free. ... Kafkaesque Seabhcan 19:25, 26 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Misinformation[edit]

What kind of information is this map giving? This information is absolutely useless and arbitrary, perhaps Kafkaesque (sic!) is the right word. What makes Serbia more free than Russia? Why is Tunesia red, why is Israel green, why is Ucraine green? What is meant with 'free'? Economical freedom, political freedom, civil rights? This map makes no sense at all! --62.178.180.208 14:27, 20 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It is based on the Freedom in the World report, I assume --Astrokey44 10:41, 21 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Update needed[edit]

Kosovo is rated "unfree" in 2009's Freedom of the World report, this should be changed in the map. Also, I suggest the EU be coloured in green, just as the other "free" countries. --Roentgenium111 (talk) 12:26, 7 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
