Non-free usage in GirlGuiding New Zealand does not seem to comply with WP:NFCC because the file is not being used in the infobox as the primary means of identification of the subject of the article as its non-free use rationale claims, and the file itself is also not the subject of any sourced commentary within the article so the context the file needs to satisfy WP:NFCC#8 is not evident. It is generally considered necessary for a non-free image used outside of the main infobox or not as the primary means of identification to be the subject of sourced discussion within the article to a degree that the reader needs to see the image to understand what is written. Otherwise, the usage is considered to be mainly decorative and not acceptable per the NFCC and removing the image is not seen as being detrimental to the reader's understanding. I think the image is not old enough and not complex enough to be considered OK as Template:PD-NZ, but such a thing can be discussed at WP:FFD to make sure. -- Marchjuly (talk) 07:13, 27 January 2016 (UTC)

Keep. This, like South Africa Boy Scouts, was a national emblem with a national design, dropped in the world organization's (WAGGGS in this case) push to get their member nations to wear the same badge only. • This is a former logo, and former logos are typically considered to fail WP:NFCC#8 unless there is discussion specifically about the logo, which isn't the case here. Additionally, if I click on the link in the source field, I don't see a copy of the image, so the file seems to fail WP:NFCC#10a. --Stefan2 (talk) 00:40, 29 January 2016 (UTC)
