File name & NPOV[edit]

I don't seem to be able to rename the file. In case anyone thinks to use this filename as the description in an article, this is what the BICI report has to say about numbers:

295. The most significant event of the day was the organisation of a mass rally dubbed the “Martyrs’ March”. . .
296. The number of demonstrators participating in the Martyrs’ March continued to grow, until by many accounts more than 100,000 people were marching down Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman Road towards the GCC Roundabout. . .
