Copyright issue[edit]

Section 52 of the Indian Copyright Act deals with exceptions to copyright. Subsection (p) clause (3) provides that The report of any committee, commission, council, board or other like body appointed by the Government if such report has been laid on the Table of Legislature, unless the reproduction or publication of such report is prohibited by the Government..

This image has been taken from the Report of the Commission of Inquiry Consisting of Justice Nanavati and Justice Mehta. which had been tabled before the Gujarat Assembly. Therefore this image falls in that exception.--Mohit Singh (talk) 20:57, 12 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]
