ERROR[edit]

Barbados says 1931..... UK had ultimate oversight of Barbados until 1966. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines wasn't 1931 either.... I believe part of the confusion might be that Barbados wasn't part of the West Indies Associated States with the United Kingdom government, however because Barbados' Constitution had a Savings Clause (similar to SVG), that meant any laws at time of Barbados' independence become a frozen snap shot in time and thus as Statute of Westminster interpretatate UK's relationship to the Commonwealth and other realms, it became de facto basis for Barbados, SVG et. al. as a frozen timeshot of UK law that become vested in Barbados ,SVG etc. as their own native law. Once independent no further laws made in UK would pertain to those islands because the Statute of Westminster would essentially recognize them as separate kingdoms. So although SoW doesn't expressly say it is for Barbados et. al. it becomes part of antiquated law of the land. CaribDigita (talk) 00:11, 12 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
