This should probably be PD, not fair use?[edit]

Wikisource having the full text of the original publication makes me think that the cover probably wasn't renewed either. It is somewhat difficult to check this thoroughly, however. Dingolover6969 (talk) 12:43, 11 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I've decided it is PD, and am making an edit to reflect that. Here's my reasoning: it would need to have been renewed by now to be in copyright, But using Google's search tool I find no relevant mentions of the publisher or the cover artist; judging by the archive.org scan, the copyright notice might not even be valid anyway, as it fails to identify the copyright proprietor, which was required by the copyright law of the time.
