Hi. There is a general problem with many maps on Wikipedia, including this one. On the article page where this map appears, the map contains labels:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kingdom_of_Khotan

Once one clicks on that map, one gets into a page where the base map appears without labels:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Map_of_the_Sakas.png

Therefore, it becomes impossible to download or even see a higher resolution version of this map with the labels.

I have come across this problem in numerous cases, often having to do with historical geography. This may be due to a technical glitch. It would be nice if that were resolved.
