Changing the name of the file

This file includes the photo of Michael Segal, Professor of Communication Systems Engineering at Ben-Gurion University. However, in the State of Israel, there is also *another* Michael Segal, professor of Biblical Studies at the Hebrew University. Due to the fact that currently there is in Wikimedia only the photo of Segal from Be'er Sheva, a certain problem has arisen - which is that the page about Michael Segal from Jerusalem on the website of the National Library of Israel includes the photo of Michael Segal from Beer Sheva. As part of the attempt to correct this problem (made at the request of Michael Segal from Jerusalem and in coordination with him), I request to transfer this file to a new name: "file:Michael Segal (Communication Systems Engineering)". After that, I will upload a new file in coordination with the lecturer from Jerusalem: "file:Michael Segal (Biblical Studies)".
