Nice diagram but it's incorrect.
The Inner Oort cloud folds in at the ecliptic plane.
Bad Scale

The scale shown indicates an outer boundary of 1,000,000 AU for the outer Oort Cloud. This is almost 16 light years! In light of this and the other error noted above, this image should be removed from the article, or corrected.
