Non-free usage in Scouting and Guiding in Guadeloupe and Saint Martin[edit]
Non-free usage of the file seems to satisfy WP:NFCC#8 since the image (per its non-free use rationale) is being used in the main infobox of Scouting and Guiding in Guadeloupe and Saint Martin and this type of usage is generally considered to provide the context required for non-free use. The only problem is the lack of sourcing information provided. "Collection of Chris" is not enough about the source per WP:NFCC#10a for copyright verification, unless Chris is the original copyright holder and creator of the patch.
