Meaning

Am I the only user not getting the meaning? It's not just the axis labels, either. I assume the abscissa to be time and the ordinate to be allele frequency. However, what would make the allele frequencies bounce back in either of those cases? E.g. IMO disruptive selection should show both alleles fixate to 0.5, not one bounce up and one bounce down... --Tauwasser (talk) 19:50, 25 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
