Fair use for alternate cover[edit]

I am of the opinion that there is a clear fair use rationale for the alternate cover of Party Music, probably more so than the actual cover that it was released with. The alternate cover is mentioned in the article and was subject to substantial controversy at the time of the album's planned release in September 2001. The content of the cover and its proximity to the September 11 terrorist attacks caused the release date to be pushed back to accomodate the creation of a new cover.
