Ok, I've read the history, and I will try and clear up the confusion. Yes, I took the photo. I am both "Jallore" and "John Allore". The first appearance of this photo was August 10, 2002 in the National Post newspaper (digital versions followed). I loaned it to the paper for their story on the murder of my sister, Theresa Allore.

@Jallore: Please email permissions-en@wikimedia.org with the details (link to the Commons deletion discussion in your email) and place {{subst:OP}} on the file page. – Train2104 (t • c) 16:03, 24 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

There appear to be some confusion about use of a personal photograph on the Wiki page concerning the death of my sister, Theresa Allore:

So, to be clear: I took the photo. I took the photo in my parents' kitchen in Saint John, New Brunswick, the summer of 1978.

It's a family photo. I give it to the world. So, Please stop deleting it.

Sincerely,

John Allore www.theresaallore.com
