I am not sure what to do with this. PE 1260 was not placed in service by the Pacific Electric until 1929. So it can't be a picture of a trolly turned over in the 1919 strike (the clothing is a dead giveaway as well). As such, this picture was taken after 1923, so it is not in the public domain - and on page 76 of Laslett's book, credit is given to the Crump family. Are they the copyright owner? I have no idea.
