Krishna Vamsi is a Telugu cinema actor who made his debut with the film Alanaati Ramachandrudu, released on August 2, 2024.[1]
Early life
[edit]Krishna Vamsi born on January 24, 1998, in Porumamilla, Kadapa district, Andhra Pradesh, Vamsi grew up in a Telugu family. He pursued and completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and secured a job at Infosys through campus placement.[2]
Career
[edit]From a young age, Vamsi was passionate about cinema and a big fan of mass entertainers, frequently watching films by Prabhas, Balakrishna, and NTR on their release days. During his high school and college years, he acted in two short films as the lead actor, and was an active participant in sports, stage plays, and dance showcasing his early talent.[3]
Despite having no connections in the Telugu film industry, Vamsi remained determined to pursue his acting dreams. While working at Infosys, he trained in acting with Star Maker Satyanand in Vizag and Vinay Varma of Sutradhar in Hyderabad. Balancing his acting training and dance classes with a demanding corporate job, he navigated the industry to find opportunities and build a network.[4]
His dedication paid off when director Akash was impressed by his audition performance and offered him a role, leading to his debut as the lead in Alanaati Ramachandrudu.[5]
