Matarbari Legislative Assembly constituency is one of the 60 Legislative Assembly constituencies of Tripura state in India.[2]

It comprises Matarbari tehsil, Maharani tehsil, along with parts of Jamjuri and Garji tehsils in Gomati district.[3]
