Stigmina platani is a plant pathogen infecting plane trees. A new fungus discovered in New Zealand, which was found on plane trees in Patumahoe, South Auckland, at a high-risk site surveillance by Scion. It was confirmed that the fungus only infect plane trees in Asia, Europe, and North America.
