Tay (Persian: طاي)[a] is a village in Gavrud Rural District, Muchesh District, Kamyaran County, Kurdistan province, Iran.

The village is populated by Kurds.[4]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,716 in 402 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,723 people in 472 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,489 people in 437 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
