Proposed for deletion[edit]

I noticed that this article got a "proposed for deletion" notice because it didn't have enough info/wasn't notable enough. 1. Many other cities have an article for their main park. 2. I just started the article like five minutes ago, so of course it doesn't have much information yet. It is a stub, and I'm currently adding more info. That is, Wikipedia:Don't_demolish_the_house_while_it's_still_being_built. Marcipangris (talk) 10:44, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, which is why I revoked the deletion request as soon as I saw the improved article. Can I remind you that the version I saw had not been edited for 8 minutes and did not have a stub tag... May I suggest in the future, when you are creating new articles, to create them in your User space first, and when finished, move them into the main space, that way you won't get slapped with a speedy delete tag for only having a sentence and a few pictures (which qualifies for speedy deletion), or even place the {{underconstruction}} tag on the page to let the New Page Patrollers know you are working on it... - ηyχαμς 18:48, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Ah, ok, thanks for the tips, I see why you did that now. cheers, Marcipangris (talk) 19:10, 15 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]
