Navy Material Command

The Navy Material Command's suppression in 1985 (p. 31) has been sourced because it could have been conditioned by this affair.

Beyond the damage reparation, it was aplied a termination clause. It has been sourced that after 1999 this type of clauses become a recommended standard for contracts whose complexive value were higher that 100k$ (source: p. 10). Regards, Theologian81sp
