Tag Teams

[edit]

Jonny and Jodie don't yet have a tag team name in 1PW, nor are they teamed with Burridge. So unless you can provide evidence please stop editing to say otherwise. 193.113.48.9 13:59, 30 April 2007 (UTC)user darkie:darkie[reply]

TV Show

[edit]

With 1PWs TV show being pulled by TWC/1PW themselves (arguments seem to be raging over who did it) surely this counts as a significant development in the history of 1PW and so deserves to be mentioned? If so why does some annon users keep removing all the mentions? This is NOT an advertising space for only positive mentions of the federation. Please stop removing these mentions. darkie

Removal of this comes under the vandalism heading, please stop removing it or your IP will be blocked form editing Wiki. darkie

Controversy

[edit]

This article needs a controversy section with all the recent controversy surrounding 1PW.FlamingStarPress 11:27, 3 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed a mention of Zero One and TNA trying to stop the barbed wire match as its a blatent lie/kayfabe. TNA could easily pull all its talent from the show under teh terms of their contracts, and that includes Abyss.

Final Table

[edit]

Someone has hashed this up pretty well. Can someone with more Wiki knowledge than me either revert it or fix it please

Vandalism

[edit]

The page had been changed on 6/6/06 to show MEW champions/championships instead of 1PW. I've reverted to the most recent edit Evil Angry Cat

Someone changed Steve Corino's name to "Stu Kool" in every showing of Corino's name but I changed it back.

Someone had fun with the title history and made AJ Styles win the bet at the UPCOMING show, then added a few title defences....darkie

A few minor edits

[edit]

Changed a number of things to be less subjective: Premier to A Leading, International Stars to Well-Known American Independent Wrestlers

Why? It's not really necessary to change 'international stars', is it? Strikes me as rather pedantic. I also notice the only article you linked to was criticising 1PW. TheDingbat 10:16, 31 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
It's subjective, Wikipedia is an encyclopedia. Additionally I linked that article and not the other one as the other one wasn't well written, I'm not against 1PW in any shape or form, I am a staff member at 1PW. Evil Angry Cat

I also added an articles section. Evil Angry Cat

I have edited out a badly written sentance that is not really required as Wiki isnt a news site. Darkie

No Roped barbed Wire

[edit]

Europes first? I was under the impression that at least 2 have been performed in the UK alone. darkie

Merging '1PW Topic' with '1 Pro Wrestling Topic'

[edit]

I attempted to merge the two topics but failed miserably as I am quite new to wikipedia. I'll just leave it be and let a more experienced user handle it, otherwise I'll end up destroying everything.

Without question, the two articles should DEFINATLEY be merged. Go do!
No need to merge it's just a bad copy... I have turned 1PW into a redirect to this article. --- Paulley 13:07, 12 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Editing

[edit]

Please do not edit things that are correct. Also, make sure that the links you typed are correct, the ones I had were working until your edit. Other than that, keep on with 1PW

Someone has had a right bugger-about with this. I'm sorting it; TheDingbat, 22:45 GMT, 17/5/06

The guy's have got it well planned and with some of the top wrestler in the game.Gandalph2011 (talk) 13:51, 17 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The Ryans

[edit]

Probably gonna be the next big thing in wrestling, so I'm guessing we'll need a full entry for them?

I agree, The Ryans are the best wrestling stable ever.darkie

Oh, editing my comments is not funny. The Ryans = pointless and stupid. darkie

But "pointless and stupid" has nothing to do with Wikipedia. It's about notability, which is something the Ryans have (hence the need for their own page), and what you don't (which is why your page was deleted, because you are unnoted in the wrestling).

1) They are not in the slightest notable. 2) They have never worked for 1PW 3) I dont have a 'deleted page', you may be mixing me up with Draven Cage. 4) the Ryans dont have any proof they exist. The page is full of lies, blatent lies at that. darkie

Formatting - Alumni

[edit]

What's happened to the formatting the page from Alumni onwards....? Can't figure out how to mend it.....83.67.75.213 11:04, 5 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Roster

[edit]

Is this roster correct? It has wrestlers currently in TNA and Al Snow, who is in ECW. Tim Long 04:39, 6 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

It is correct, the TNA guys are able to take Indie bookings and the (current) ECW guys are former roster members. Darkie

June 30th

[edit]

what prove is there of a June 30th show, there has been no announcement on the matter.

History

[edit]

what happened to the 'History' section of this article? I looked through the page history, and it looks like it was changed to spam, but never reverted back again - could someone with more wiki knowledge put the history section back in. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.128.255.13 (talk) 14:19, 13 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move

[edit]

 Done :) flaminglawyer 04:42, 12 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

1 Pro WrestlingOne Pro Wrestling — "1" is only used when using the promotions name as a acronym. When using the full name of the promotion, the word "one" is used instead of a number. This is seen in the logo and on the company's website (where they write "One Pro Wrestling" when mentioning the companies name) — TJ Spyke 23:10, 18 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism (CJ Evans)

[edit]

Someone keeps altering this page to list CJ 'The Demon' Evans as a 1PW wrestler (with 'Former WWE champion' listed as an accolade), as well as changing all of the last known champions to CJ Evans. Most likely an independent wrestler, or a WWE '12 player trying to get his created wrestler over as a real wrestler. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Martin Bean (talkcontribs) 09:27, 17 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]
