Need clarification on the filing of the district court case

[edit]

The lede reads, "In 2013, Students for Fair Admissions (SFFA) filed suit against Harvard University in U.S. District Court in Boston ..." But, under District Court Case, "SFFA filed a lawsuit in federal district court against Harvard University on November 17, 2014." My understanding is there was only one district court case, which was appealed to the Supreme Court. If there were indeed two (one in 2013 and the other in 2014, as indicated by this article), please add information to the article to clarify. Thank you.
