The result of the move request was: not moved. (closed by non-admin page mover) Megan B.... It’s all coming to me till the end of time 19:32, 3 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

– I don't think the word pandemic is necessary to identify what the article is about. Interstellarity (talk) 16:52, 27 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Note: COVID-19 deaths titles a dab page with significant content and so is ineligible as a rename target unless it is also proposed to be moved. This request has been altered to reflect that fact. P.I. Ellsworth  ed. put'r there 22:24, 27 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I agree. Maybe in the future, it will be useful to distinguish between the now-ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and further cases of COVID-19 after the pandemic per se is over, but for the time being, it's just redundant. —Kodiologist (t) 20:51, 2 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Don't move - Yes it means when the pandemic is over it means that deaths can still be attributed to this page but in my opinion that's the problem. When the pandemic is over, accurate death reporting will turn into estimates like the flu, making this page no longer accurate. When the pandemic is over I feel its better to leave the large at its state as a bit of history, only being edited for grammar or retroactively adding deaths once better analysis comes happens. -AndrewRG10 (talk) 01:28, 3 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Section "By country"

[edit]

What is the point of this section? It refers to "The table" (can't see which one) and then lists a bunch of red links. No information whatsoever. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:908:4B17:6A80:F5FF:5A6A:D112:CF30 (talk) 16:06, 26 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I think this page is unmaintained and are not update frequently. I have given the {{update}} template. Thingofme (talk) 13:56, 4 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Update required

[edit]

This page requires an update. It is very important not to discontinue updating it, because there isn't one one website on the whole World Wide Web that provides a simple and clear overview of stats on new COVID cases as this Wikipedia page does. I am willing to help with the work - contact me if needed. Thanks. NoWikiNoLife (talk) 02:00, 25 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Why is Turkmenistan not mentioned?

[edit]

Yes, they are obviously lying with their claim of zero cases, but they should have been mentioned. https://covid19.who.int/region/euro/country/tmJustin (koavf)TCM 15:30, 2 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
