Where is the full text?

Surely there must be a version published online in Arabic somewhere by now and there would be translations of it at least internally available for official use.

There must be something better available by now. I just had a quick look but could not find it and do not have time to look harder. Worth asking a wikipedian with Arabic to find it. I don't know how to do that so I hope somebody reading this will do so.

Currently there is no Arabic translation for this page. Perhaps it is already covered in some other page but there is nothing about it in Google English translation of parent page Arabic version:
