Why is the article called A. D. Bruce instead of Andrew Davis Bruce? (per WP:NAME?)
As he was a soldier, how about adding a military infobox?
Lead could be longer.
In 1916, Bruce earned a doctorate of laws, roughly equivalent to a Bachelor of Science degree Haha. No.
as part of the Second Infantry Division's. Armies use names (Fourth Army); corps use roman numerals (XXIV Corps); the rest use ordinals (2nd Infantry Division). Please fix. And during the Great War period, it was called the "2nd Division".
5 Machine Gun Battalion should be "5th Machine Gun Battalion"
He served with the 33rd Infantry Division in Panama He didn't; roadside markers are not reliable sources. He served with the 33rd Infantry.

The following year he became commander of the 77th Infantry; this form is used for regiments. Should be 77th Infantry Division.

I'll hit all the points over the next couple days (didn't expect a review this fast). As for the name, google gets about 56k hits for a.d. bruce compared to 48k for his full name (minus links to wiki mirrors).   - I just noticed that sources vary on whether he had a bachelor of science or doctor of laws from Texas A&M. I guess that's why it was written like that. I'll try to figure out which is right; if unconfirmed i'll use bachelor of science, since that's more likely given he was 18 at the time.
