[edit]

Removed following personal attack on IDPA founder. IDPA page or a page on Bill Wilson might be better places for this and in any event, the issue needs to be presented NPOV.

Changed red-link "Big Bear, California" to point to the city of Big Bear Lake. I haven't a clue whether that's the most factually correct place to point to, but it seemed better than a red link. -- Jordan Brown 07:55, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Having it link to an incorrect location is better than a red link!? Do you have autism or something? - 81.178.209.89 14:18, 26 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, he's right. I've updated the sentence/link with a citation for reference. Mreed911 (talk) 15:19, 13 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Rewrite Needed

[edit]

This should be rewritten to give a high-level view of the entire sport, with the links to the individual (and existing) pages being where more detail can be found. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Colo2planks (talkcontribs) 00:01, 4 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Done! Please contribute. Sauer202 (talk) 19:00, 30 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I'm thinking it needs a rewite again, perhaps taking the international bodies section and the Organizations sections and replacing them with a major section for each body (IPSC, IDPA, Cowboy Action, GSSF) and giving them sections underneath? If those organizations have large pages only a summary is needed here - folks can get more information by following the links. Thoughts? Mreed911 (talk) 18:11, 13 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
