The second sentence appears to have suffered from a scatterbrained editor who got lost in parentheses.. if you remove them, there isn't a complete sentence.

However, to continue running episodes for the full season (23 episodes) that began earlier than normal (May versus September) four episodes from the second production cycle (2AJNxx episodes).

And, after removing parentheses, we get:

However, to continue running episodes for the full season that began earlier than normal four episodes from the second production cycle.

Unfortunately, I have no idea what thought the original editor was trying to convey. So I really cannot edit it other than possibly to remove it in total.

This is season 1 AND 2

Season 1 only contains episodes 1-7 Season 2 contains episodes "Bullocks to Stan" -> "Tears of a Clooney"
