Anglo-Muslim Law

[edit]

Why is this article combining so many details of Anglo-Muslim Law? Please create separate article for Anglo-Muslim Law or Anglo-Mohammedan Law; and transfer contents therein. Overenthusiastic Indophiles from the west may do more damage than good when sourcing info selectively. Request others involved to handle/manage editing more effectively, if possible. Thanks. --Mayasutra [= No ||| Illusion =] (talk) 03:26, 21 September 2016 (UTC)Mayasutra[reply]

Inconsistencies / Corruption

[edit]

Also request wiki editors to include info on why court pandits were dismissed due to "growing inconsistencies in interpretation of texts and suspicions of corruption". This article does not touch that part. If needed, make an other article listing court cases from across the subcontinent; with a brief note on each; such as parties involved in petitioning, who testified in court against petitioners, and what the verdict/outcome was. Thanks.--Mayasutra [= No ||| Illusion =] (talk) 03:33, 21 September 2016 (UTC)Mayasutra[reply]

Lacks citations

[edit]

This article is lacking citations for more than 1/4th of it's content. I find some info doubtful as well. Some experienced editor must look into this. Vedant Katyayan (talk) 20:13, 9 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
