Annabel Campbell, Baroness Colgrain
[edit]Dear Fram
Thank you for your assistance so far & I understand that this article would be better named Annabel Campbell, Baroness Colgrain?
I hope you and our fellow Wikipedians agree that Lady Colgrain is sufficiently notable to warrant inclusion in Wikipedia, not least as she currently serves as Lord Lieutenant of Kent.
Trusting that the Lord Lieutenant's official website as a primary source demonstrates her notability,[1] as supported by other references too:
I should be much obliged if you could help rename this article from Annabel Warrender to Annabel Campbell, Baroness Colgrain.
Please advise - many thanks.

- @Primm1234: per WP:BOLDMOVE, I've gone ahead and renamed the article. Zacwill (talk) 16:39, 2 January 2024 (UTC)
- Very many thanks Zacwill.
- What do you suggest doing, if anything, regarding the Notability tag?
- Clearly you & I are in no doubt about Lady Colgrain's worthiness for having a Wiki article, but presume Fram should agree too?

- The notability of the person seems to rest on her being the Lord Lieutenant, but this can't be shown by pointing to the Lord Lieutenant website. What we need is WP:RS, independent reliable sources about her (at the occasion of her becoming the Lord Lieutenant or otherwise), suorces with significant attention about her life, her career. Getting a ceremonial title in itself is not sufficient (look e.g. at the mockery that the British titles and orders have become, they aren't in too many cases an indication of being a noted person who gets additional recognition, but just of being a wealthy person or of being friends with people in high places).
