Proposed Merge[edit]

I have added a proposed merge tag to have the article merged with Pueblo, Colorado as I am unsure if there is enough information to constitute an article for Bessemer, Colorado. The two referenced articles seem to state only that Bessemer became a part of Pueblo. I am refraining from doing the merge myself at this time as this is a brand new article and more information on the topic may be added shortly. --Aka042 (talk) 17:55, 2 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I considered a merge however each one of these towns were notable in it's own way. For example I'm untangling things such as in South Pueblo Bat Masterson served as Sheriff. Ok, I have noticed the other articles and see what you are doing, I just believe that more information on the cities is required for them to have their own articles. If you believe that information is available and this article doesn't meet rationale #4 of WP:Merge, I won't object if you remove my proposed merge tag.
