An incorrect submission for speedy deletion has been made for blinkbox. blinkbox is a company much like Joost and Hulu that allows users to watch streamed video online. It is growing in users in the UK (especially following the issues surrounding potential competitor Kangaroo) and is no doubt being requested by visitors to Wiki.

If blinkbox is deleted then it would follow that Joost et al should be removed as well. As that is not going to happen for obvious reasons, blinkbox needs to remain an active Wiki article.

See Google result for the query 'blinkbox' - http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=blinkbox.

From Alex Cockell - Sometime in summer 2012, Blinkbox went over to Silverlight for premium playout - this blocked off Linux users from most of their content. Appliances are not affected by the change. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 91.84.212.142 (talk) 16:27, 12 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Blinkbox state that iPad is supported: http://www.blinkbox.com/Devices/Tablet/iPad but the article here doesn't mention iOS support under 'Technology' - what should go into the article about iOS/iPad? — Preceding unsigned comment added by John a s (talkcontribs) 22:41, 12 March 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Entering the Games Market

[edit]

I'm not sure having film and television content accessible through PS3 and Xbox 360 counts as "entering the games market" — Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.70.243.158 (talk) 16:28, 20 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
