- Greenpoint Line via Classon Avenue or Washington Avenue
- Greenwood Line, Court Street, 3rd Avenue, and 5th Avenue, connecting with steam to Coney Island
- Hamilton Avenue Line to Greenwood Cemetery, connecting at 25th Street for steam to Bay Ridge and Fort Hamilton
- Myrtle Avenue Line
- Putnam Avenue Line to Broadway, with transfer to Ridgewood (presumable the Howard Avenue track)
- Third Avenue Line to Greenwood Cemetery
And in 1/27/1889 page 15:

The Greenpoint Line opened to North 2nd Street on August 26, 1854.[1]

1919 split
[edit]The Brooklyn City Railroad split from the Brooklyn Heights Railroad on October 19, 1919, taking 28 lines with it (according to [1]). The Brooklyn and Queens Transit Corporation took over operations on July 1, 1929.
