Seulki Kang was not the flag bearer for Central African Republic during the 2012 Olympic Games.
Please look at the following link: [1]
If you take a look at the fifth (5th) photo, Seulki Kang is clearly on the right side of the photo, not carrying the flag. Her teammate (whose name I do not know) is instead carrying the flag. The caption for this image has it wrong.
