why i created the article

[edit]

This text is the mission statement, which was taken and cited directly from the Journal of CLinical Epidemiology. The page referred to in the copyright post is an advertisement of this Journal and so also contains the mission statement. Since I have cited the original source, it should not be necesary to cite the advertisement too. Further to this, i also have permission from the editors of the Journal of Clinical Epidemiology, Andre Knottnerus and Peter Tugwell to use this definition of Clinical Epi on Wikipedia

I need you to tell me which Journal this is, so we can go about renaming this to the right one. So far as I can tell, there are 3 different journals that associate with this. I don't mind helping you retain the articles, but copy and pasting is considered a copy write violation. Synergy 19:53, 21 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
If you don't get back to me within the next few hours, I'll turn this into a disambig and create two separate articles to avoid confusion. Synergy 20:06, 21 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
For right now, I'm leaving this as is. The other journal is not as notable and a disambig right now isn't needed. Synergy 05:16, 22 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Can i include the mission statement onto this page as well? it would be taken directly from the JCE homepage. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Lidze (talkcontribs) 15:02, 22 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
