There ARE disclaimers on both the Perez and Roth shows from Entertainment Studios. They are flashed very briefly during the closing credits, much too quickly to be read unless you have a "freeze" control on your TV. The wording of the disclaimer has been altered a couple of times. At first it stated that the cases were fictitious, now it states that the cases are "re-enacted and for entertainment only" or something similar.76.199.0.40 (talk) 16:56, 29 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
