GA Review

[edit]

I cleaned up the wording, but there's one line that doesn't make much sense to me. How does a tropical depression, or even low pressure area, lack low level moisture over an ocean? Also, were no tropical cyclone-related watches or warnings issued during this systems approach to any of the south Pacific islands? If they were, they should be listed in the preparations section. Hi David - Since Cyclonebiskit is on holiday ill sort out Tams GAR. When i had a read through i did see that CB had mentioned that their were watches/warnings issued - so let me know if thats sufficent or if you want me to do them invidually. In reponse too your second comment ill have to check wat RSMC Nadi or GP says about it Jason Rees (talk) 21:10, 25 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
In the articles I have written for GA, I've listed when and where watches and warnings were valid. Some people are sticklers for article length. It does add to the length of the article, and makes for a more complete treatment of the topic. Thegreatdr (talk) 21:26, 25 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Ok i will sort something out during the next few daysJason Rees (talk) 20:07, 26 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Not a problem. There's still 6 more days to play with. Thegreatdr (talk) 20:19, 26 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
If these Brazilian computers weren't so confusing I'd help out but obviously I can't :P Thanks for covering for me Jason. Cyclonebiskit 20:35, 27 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to be the one that improves the article, I can give you a week after you return. People have extended the same courtesy to me. The references have no issues, and I fixed the wording in the article a while back. It's about adding content to the preparations section before GA can be reached.
