confirmed

[edit]

they confirmed the trade stop changing it back lmao Droxin1111 (talk) 00:22, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Both the Bears and Panthers have reported the trade.[1][2] However the deal cannot be made official until 3/15 when the new NFL "year" begins. --  StarScream1007  ►Talk  01:42, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
So they have confirmed the deal, but it cannot be official until the 15th? Fixeyboi (talk) 09:21, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Both the Bears and Panthers say its [technically] unconfirmed and cannot be officially confirmed or executed until 3/15 in their reports on the trade above. Teams may however discuss trades to work out the details prior to the start of the NFL year. --  StarScream1007  ►Talk  14:12, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

– More notable NFL WR than the other D. J. Moore (cornerback), a lesser known NFL cornerback. Pageviews suggest a majority of users are looking for the WR. As this is a WP:ONEOTHER situation, the dab page can be overwritten and a hatnote can be added on this page to point to the cornerback. Natg 19 (talk) 00:53, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Support per nom; There's a significant disparity in page views. Most folks are probably looking for the WR and not the CB who was primarily a back-up. Such is the case with Adrian Peterson and Adrian Peterson (American football, born 1979). --  StarScream1007  ►Talk  02:50, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

D.J. Moore was traded

[edit]

According to NFL.com, he was part of a trade to the Chicago Bears for the first selection in the NFL Draft Relmbofoker0095 (talk) 15:49, 11 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

DJ, or D. J. ?

[edit]

It appears there is some conflicting sources on whether he spells his name with the "."s or not. On the team roster, it has "DJ Moore", but this NFL.com official profile shows both "DJ Moore" (as the title of the page, and in the dropdown) and "D.J. Moore", while [3] shows D. J. His PFF page uses D. J. as well. Which one should we use in the article, and to title this article? Natg 19 (talk) 19:06, 16 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It does appear that he himself uses "DJ" in his Twitter profile [4]. Natg 19 (talk) 19:11, 16 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
